Terms of service
These terms apply when you download or use the MoxiVue apps, the relay service or this website. By using them you agree to these terms.
Effective 12 October 2026.
The service
MoxiVue is software that monitors your own computers and networks, and an optional relay service that connects your machines end to end encrypted. It is made and operated by Mohammad Saman, McKinney, Texas, USA ("we"). MoxiVue is currently free to use. New versions may change or remove features; please keep MoxiVue up to date.
Your account
You need a confirmed email address to use the relay. Keep your devices, recovery code and sign-in methods safe: we cannot read your data, so we cannot recover it for you if you lose every device and your recovery code. You are responsible for what is done with your account and devices.
Acceptable use
Use MoxiVue only on computers, networks and devices you own or are authorised to manage. In particular, do not use it to:
- capture traffic, scan, or open terminal or remote sessions on networks or machines without permission;
- watch people without their knowledge where the law requires consent;
- break the law, infringe others' rights, or spread malware;
- overload, probe or attack the relay or try to get around its limits or security;
- resell or offer the relay service to others without our written agreement.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk.
Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the MoxiVue apps under these terms. The software, name and logo remain ours; you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the software except where the law allows it.
Privacy
How we handle the little information we hold is described in the Privacy policy.
Other services
Features you connect to other services (email, messaging, SMS, sign-in providers, your own AI) are governed by those services' terms. We are not responsible for them.
No warranty
MoxiVue is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Monitoring and alerts can miss problems; do not rely on MoxiVue as your only safeguard for anything critical.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or business, arising from your use of MoxiVue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for MoxiVue in the 12 months before the claim (currently nothing) or 50 US dollars, whichever is greater. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Ending
You can stop using MoxiVue at any time and delete your account (Settings → Account). We may change or discontinue the service; for paid features we will give reasonable notice.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules; courts in Collin County, Texas have jurisdiction, except where the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version, and significant changes are announced before they apply. Questions: hello@moxivue.com.
